Input power voltage is too low or too high:
- Check the reference input voltage for your specific model. Ensure the input voltage falls within the specified range.
Insufficient power supply:
- Verify the maximum power requirement for your device and ensure the power supply has sufficient capacity. It is recommended to have at least double the required power to ensure stability.
Polarity is reversed:
- Check whether the positive and negative terminals are correctly connected.
Loose power input connection:
- Ensure the power input connector is securely connected and making proper contact.
Power current abnormality:
- If the current is too high, ensure that the input voltage is not excessive. If the current is too low, check whether the power supply is providing sufficient power.
Failure to boot after a software upgrade:
- If the device does not power on after a software upgrade and the screen remains black due to an incorrect firmware installation, reinstall the correct firmware.
HMI main unit is damaged:
- If none of the above steps resolve the issue, the HMI main unit may be faulty. Return it to the manufacturer for after-sales service.
LCD screen is damaged:
- If there is no display but the device is otherwise functioning, the LCD screen may be defective.
