After installing the touch screen configuration software, we usually need to restart the computer.
After restarting the computer, open the software and connect the touch screen to the computer with a download cable. If the download can be normal, the computer driver is installed normally.

If the download prompts that the device is not connected, analyze the following situations
I. USB download cable
1) Turn off the touch screen, press and hold the screen to power it on until the screen lights up, and enter the system settings interface to check whether it is currently in manual or automatic mode

2) If the USB mode is automatic mode, change it to manual USB, click OK, and wait for the screen to restart before downloading

Download prompts that the device is not connected
1) When downloading with an Android data cable or a USB download cable, the prompt says that the device is not connected. Then open the computer device manager, unplug and plug the USB connector connected to the computer, and check if there is an unknown device/USB MSC/ASAP1826 driver with an exclamation mark.



2) Right-click the driver with a yellow exclamation mark (ASAP1826 or USB MSC or unknown device) -> click Update Driver Software (When installing the driver, it is recommended to unplug other USB devices, such as PLC download cables or other data download cables, to avoid any impact during installation)

3) Click Browse my computer to find the driver software (as shown below) For XP system, please select (Install from a list or specific location)


4) Click Browse to find the installation directory of the touch screen configuration software, select the usbdriver folder in the directory, click OK, and then click Next (as shown below)


5) Click Install this driver software anyway (as shown below)


6) After the USB driver is successfully installed, click Close (as shown below)

7) In the device manager, you can see that the driver has been successfully installed (as shown below)

Device Manager cannot find the driver
Note: Win10 system recommends disabling digital signature first
1) Unplug and unplug the USB interface connected to the computer, the device manager responds but does not find ASAP1826 or USB MSC or unknown device

2) Open Computer Settings – Devices – Devices and Printers



3) Scroll to the bottom and find the H2750 Usb Devices driver

4) Select H2750 Usb Devices, right-click, and select Properties

5) Select Hardware – Properties


6) Select Driver – Update Driver

7) Follow the steps 3) to 6) of the second point above [Download prompt: Device not connected] to install the USB driver
8) If [Update driver] is grayed out and cannot be edited, click General->[Change settings]


9) Select Driver – Update Driver
